agm and closure of track

i made a 80 mile trip to crail 2 weeks ago only to be told the track was closed.
the reason i was told, was there was a big meet at the weekend and IF i had a accident the hse would be involved so the race would be cancelled.

i was told if i had been at the agm,i would have known all about it.
i posted last year asking when the agm was on. i got a reply saying that
someone would post up a date.

this never happened !!!

i was also told that there was notice of the closure of the track posted on the website.

it's not on here!!!

this is some way to run a club.
